I just wanted to share that there is a Vita Mix 5200 a special event item at Costco. This blender is an essential tool used for whole food cooking kitchens. It is a must have!
It is quite pricey, however, for special events it will come through Costco and there is a savings of roughly $115, and you would save the shipping charges as well. I believe it is otherwise only sold from their Website.
The blender is used for vegetable smoothies, for gluten-free cooking, you can grind your own grains if you purchase the dry attachment. It can grind gluten free grains, without the risk of wheat-cross contamination from milling plants.
There is not very much time left to purchase one of these great products from Costco.
