What is Massage Therapy?
Massage Therapy is a hands-on approach to getting you back to good health and function, provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
Massage Therapy works to therapeutically affect nerves, muscles and circulatory systems using a variety of modalities, like Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, friction, passive and active stretching, gentle joint mobilizations,lymphatic massage, and myofascial release.
What can Massage Therapy help with?
