1 ripe avocado
¼ cup raw cacao powder*
3 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk**
pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS

Scoop the flesh of the ripe avocado into a blender, add the rest of the ingredients, and blend well.

Taste test and add more maple syrup or cacao powder to preference. Transfer the mixture into popsicle molds, and freeze for at least 6 hours.

Once set, wrap individually in parchment paper and store in a sealed container in the freezer.

* we suggest raw cacao powder for it’s amazing antioxidant powers, and vitamin and mineral status. you may use cocoa powder if you like.
** canned coconut milk will offer a much creamier texture!
