Brio Integrative Health Centre welcomes naturopathic physician and registered acupuncturist Carin Matsushita. With Drs. Jeffrey Lee and Neetu Dhiman, Dr. Matsushita integrates the latest medical research and equipment with traditional therapies to stimulate the body’s innate ability to heal. Dr. Carin joined the Richmond clinic in December providing natural, individualized treatments for skin conditions, pain management, digestive disorders and type II diabetes.

Richmond-raised Dr. Carin received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University then earned her Doctor in Naturopathic Medicine and Master of Science in Acupuncture at Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington.

Combining extensive knowledge in nutrition and special clinical training in Type II diabetes, acupuncture, complementary cancer care and geriatrics, Dr. Carin provides solutions-oriented care while addressing the underlying cause of imbalance.
