Blueberry Sunrise Protein Shake
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup blackberries or blueberries
1 scoop (2 tablespoons) vanilla or chocolate protein powder
Directions:
Combine water, berries, and protein powder in blender. Cover and blend until smooth. For a thicker shake, use less liquid. For an icier shake, add ice. Serves 1.
