Healthy Living 101 is now into it`s third year and is consistently producing life changing results. Some people report incredible weight loss, and some who don`t need to lose the weight say they feel better then they have in years. Some of the benefits are improved sleep, reduction in sugar and salt cravings, increased energy and motivation, and better ability to focus. Each week in the program is relatively easy to implement and follow. Log your foods this week, the next week we’ll be watching our sugar intake, the week after that we will deal with your sleep patterns and why that is important to weight loss, etc etc. Each small, seemingly insignificant step is easy, but wait a bit. Be consistent. And watch these small habits and changes culminate into a lifestyle change.

It might not happen in the 12 weeks of this seminar. Maybe it will happen within the year. Or maybe the next. It does not matter. What matters is that this program will get you started.

The results will speak for itself though. For the past 4 months since I started and graduated the program, I lost more than 40 pounds of fat (and still going!) and gained 4 pounds of muscle.
